Terms of Service

1. Who we are

landing.cx is run by landing.cx (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you agree on that business’s behalf. You must be at least 18.

2. The service

landing.cx lets you build landing pages with AI, edit them, and publish and host them. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars, at the prices on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. If we change a price, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.

Each plan includes a number of visitors a month, counted by our own analytics, which leave out bots. We never charge for extra traffic and never take a page offline for it. We email you at 80% and 100% of the month’s visitors.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed after that. The same applies when a free trial ends without payment, or when a payment still fails after Stripe’s retries.

When a plan ends, your published pages are taken offline, and publishing and AI stop. We keep your pages, leads, images and settings for 90 days, so you can choose a plan again and pick up where you left off. We email you three days before a cancelled plan ends, when your pages go offline, and seven days before deletion. After 90 days, your pages, their leads, your uploaded images and your custom domains are deleted for good. Download anything you want to keep, such as your leads as CSV, before then.

5. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used periods. If you believe you were charged in error, reach us through our contact page and we will make it right.

6. Your content

Your sites, text, images and the leads your forms collect belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and serve them only to run the service. You are responsible for your content, for having the rights to it, and for treating your visitors’ data lawfully.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use landing.cx for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful. That includes phishing, scams, malware, spam, content that infringes someone else’s rights, and attempts to break or overload the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. AI-generated content

The AI writes copy and picks images for you. It can make mistakes, so review your site before you publish it. You are responsible for what your published site says.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but provide it “as is”, without guarantees of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you before it takes effect.
