Privacy Policy
Last updated September 29, 2026
This policy explains what landing.cx collects when you use landing.cx, and what we do with it. We don’t sell personal data.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and sign-in details.
- Your sites: the content you create, and the prompts you write to the AI.
- Billing: your plan and payment history. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form.
- Usage and security: basic logs such as request times and errors, used to run and protect the service.
Your visitors and leads
When your published site collects form entries or newsletter sign-ups, you decide what is collected and what it is used for; we store and process it on your behalf. Keep your own privacy notice for your visitors. Our built-in visitor analytics uses no cookies and no device storage, and never stores IP addresses: visitors are counted with a hash that changes every day.
Why we use it
To provide the service, send account and billing emails, answer your messages, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Who processes it
We use these providers to run landing.cx, each only for its part:
- Clerk: sign-in and accounts
- Vercel: hosting the app
- Neon: database
- Amazon Web Services: hosting published sites and images
- Resend: sending email
- Anthropic and OpenAI: the AI that builds and edits your site
- Stripe: payments
Some of these providers process data in the United States. Under their API terms, the AI providers do not use your content to train their models.
Cookies
The landing.cx app uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Published sites set no cookies by default. If you connect a tracking tool, such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel, it waits for the visitor’s consent before it loads.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you close your account, we delete your sites and data, except for records we must keep by law, such as billing records.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Reach us through our contact page and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy in a significant way, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
